We have been confirmed to play the Salty Dogs stage at Electric Picnic on Saturday 3rd September at 18:30.

Our Tower Records in-store gig has been rescheduled to the 15th of September at 6pm.

Looking forward to seeing you all this Saturday at the Phoenix Venue in Kildare this Saturday for a good long session.

11/07/2011 - August Plans

We are taking a few weeks off while some of the band deal with personal stuff but we'll be back in August.

Dates already confirmed are:

Saturday 13th August - Battle of the Bands - Valley Lodge, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

Friday 26th August - Tower Records, Wicklow Street, Dublin, In-Store gig at 6pm

Saturday 27th August - Phoenix Venue, Kildare, a return to this fantastic rock venue in the middle of Kildare town.

We are playing Academy 2 on Friday 24th June.

Some new songs will be exposed at this gig ahead of our next recording at the end of the summer.

16/05/2011 - Gigs, gigs and Towers

We will be playing a headline gig in Twisted Pepper on Middle Abbey Street on Saturday 28th May.

We will also be playing a charity gig in aid of the Niall Mellon trust on Wednesday May 25th at the same venue.

The album is still available as a staff pick in Tower Records on Wicklow Street.

We will be headlining Twisted Pepper on Middle Abbey Street, Dublin 1 on Saturday 28th May with more dates to be announced in the coming weeks.

We are playing tonight 16th April in the Phoenix Venue in Kildare.

The album "One Year in the Asylum" is currently stocked and selling in Tower Records, Wicklow Street, Dublin 2. Why not pop in and pick up a handful!

The album "One Year in the Asylum" will be released this Friday the 18th March 2011.

We will be celebrating with a launch gig/party in Academy 2 on Middle Abbey Street, Dublin 1.

The album will be available for purchase from Tower Records in Dublin, or from www.molaband.com

Tickets for the launch gig are available on the door for 8 euro with the album available on the night.

03/03/2011 - Release from the Asylum

You can preview the album, One Year in the Asylum for free on Grooveshark.

The album will be released on the 18th March 2011.

The launch gig is in Academy 2, Middle Abbey Street, Dublin 1, on the night of the 18th. Tickets available from ticketmaster.ie or on the door.

Heyall, in preparation for March's album launch we will be playing a headline show in the Mercantile venue on Dame Street on Thursday 17th February. This is our first headline in quite a while so it would mean a lot to see faces there. Its a fiver in.

Tune in to Radio Nova this Sunday between 6 and 7 to hear us playing an acoustic set on Locals only.

We will be appearing next Sunday 30th January on Dublin's Radio Nova 100fm between 6 and 7 pm. The show is called Locals Only. If you can't get to a radio or are outside Dublin, but have web access, you can listen here.

We'll be performing some acoustic versions of the tunes so it should be a new experience.

Hi all

We are getting back into the live scene this month ahead of the limited physical release of the album in February. We will be playing Captain America's on Grafton Street on Monday the 24th of January 2011 as part of a battle of the bands type thing.

We will then be appearing on Dublin's Radio Nova 100 fm on Sunday the 30th January between 6 and 7 pm. If you're not in Dublin, or stuck at a computer, you can listen here: http://www.nova.ie/

07/07/2010 - Arthur's Day Competition 22nd July

We are competing in the Arthur's Day Competition. This is a type of battle of the bands thing sponsored by Guinness, with the winner getting to play at the Arthur's Day festival in September.

Our first heat will be in Baker's Corner, near Deansgrange and Dun Laoghaire on Thursday the 22nd of July. This is something that we REALLY want to do well in, so it would mean a huge amount to see some faces there supporting us.

We'll post more details as we get them.

It'll be close to free in, maybe 1 euro.

We will be playing a late gig on Saturday the 26th June in The Pint Bar on Eden Quay in Dublin.

This is part of an all day event that is happening there through Slinky Dink productions.

Mola will be on at 1 a.m. That's right, its a very late gig, well past Ray's bedtime, but we'll battle through.

This is a good gig for anyone who can't make it on Sunday to the Mezz, so hopefully we'll see some of you at one or other of the gigs.

272 Records released Classic Rock Unchained Volume 2 in August of that year. The Mola song Melody Bleeds was included long before it was released on our debut album.

Thanks to all who came to Friday's gig in The Mezz. We've added another date at this venue. We'll be playing on Sunday the 27th June as part of a 4 band night. We'll be on from 9 till 10 pm. Hope to see you there.

The headline act for the gig tonight have been forced to withdraw, so we are taking their place. This means that we will now be on later and longer than we thought, which is nice.

The gig scheduled for Tuesday the 8th of June in Captain America's has been pushed back by a week. We'll be playing Tuesday the 15th instead. Hope you can wait a week for your burgers and boogie.

Two confirmed appearances coming up are:

4th June 2010 - The Mezz (Formerly ThinkTank, Formerly The Hub, Formerly Switch, Formerly ...), Eustace Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 - Downstairs in this recently refurbished venue, now one of the nicest places to see a band in Dublin. Great way to kick off the Bank Holiday Weekend.

8th June 2010 - Captain America's, Grafton Street, Dublin 2. - Good music and good food in this classic Dublin diner, hope we're not too loud for the burgers. Enjoy the evening after the end of the long weekend.

Hope to see lots of faces at both gigs. We'll probably be trying out some of the new material we've been working on.

We are currently writing and recording, preparing for a second release. We haven't decided yet whether this will take the form of an EP or a full length album. We would like to go for the LP but an EP can be completed far quicker.

Anyway, keep checking back, we'll let you know when you can catch us live and when we'll have more recorded material available.
